Our History

Kristy grew up in Grace, ID working side by side with her parents on their farm. Her family also has strong roots in farming with many generations.

They grew potatoes, alfalfa, wheat, and other crops, as well as beef and pork. She loved riding in the combines with her dad and helping her mom with the cows. Kristy learned the meaning of hard work on the farm and being the oldest, learned from a young age how to operate farm equipment, helping any way she could. In the summers during her teen years she would catch a bus that took her to the Bear Lake berry growing area and would pick berries to be able to buy her school clothes. She also went on to be a night manager of a restaurant and work on the camp crews with fires during her teen years. She graduated from BYU with a Bachelors of Science in home and family studies.

Kristy loves working alongside her husband and boys, and also enjoys helping with her dads’ farm companies.  Kristy is still a country girl at heart and is proud of her guys.
